CellTech builds enclosed trailers out of composite metal panels on a galvanized steel frame, in Waco, Texas. The panel is the whole idea. Walls, roof, floor and ramp are all the same bonded panel rather than a sheet of aluminum screwed to studs, and the frame is galvanized rather than painted.

The warranty runs 10 years on the panels against delamination and loss of structural rigidity, 10 years on the galvanized frame, 5 years on the Dexter axles, and 1 year on lights, doors, hinges, ramps and trim. You pay for that. A CellTech lands close to three times the price of a comparable enclosed cargo trailer, so it is the right trailer for somebody who is going to keep it working for a long time, and too much trailer for somebody who is not. Put one next to a standard build and the difference is easy to see.
