At Trailer Source LLC, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. To maintain fairness and product integrity, the following return policy applies:
General Requirements
- No returns will be accepted without the original receipt.
- All refund or credit decisions are at the discretion of management and may be issued as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Trailers
- Electrical parts
- Decals
- Opened packages
Return Timeframes & Restocking Fees
- Returns made within 15 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund or store credit (excluding non-returnable items).
- Returns made after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items returned must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Special or Custom Orders
- Special-order and custom-order parts are not eligible for standard returns.
- Any credit issued for these items will be based solely on the amount that can be recovered from the manufacturer, if applicable.
Management Discretion
Trailer Source LLC reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny any return.
- Issue refunds as store credit.
- Inspect merchandise before approving a return.
